Before I transitioned into copywriting professionally I was a digital marketer myself.

After the research phase, I’ll be ready to run a few things by you before the writing begins.

Step 3. I Start Writing ✍🏽

I write a solid first draft and send it over to you. My goal is to provide a first draft that hits the mark right out of the gate. Then we move into a 3-round revision phase.

1. I don't sugarcoat things. If the suggestion you're making (for the project we're working on) detracts from the overall effectiveness and readability of the project, I'm going to tell you that.

2. I'm results-driven. It's easy for me to lock in on the goal, stay focused, and work toward the end result we're looking for.

3. I'm at home in the Alternative (or Holistic) Women's Health Arena. Before I became a digital marketer myself, I had built a career as an Abdominal Massage Specialist for Women. I’ve also had 2 planned unassisted home births. Because of this I’m familiar with many Women’s Health Industry leaders and their materials.

4. I'm a serious learner. I've taken B-School. I've taken high-level PR + pitching courses. I've taken email marketing trainings, funnel trainings, launch trainings, and more. I know most of the rules and I also know how to break them.

5. I don’t like erasing the word woman (or mother). Ex: If you want me to use the term "chestfeeder" on your website, I'm simply not the writer for you.

  • A: I cannot in good conscience participate in the erasure of the female sex class in language. I understand that a professional training likely taught you that the “progressive” thing to do is to use inclusive language like “birthing person” instead of woman or mother.

    I’ve done my research and there is a mega corporate agenda to erase the female sex class, legally.

    The agenda also aims to obliterate our human understanding of sexual dimorphism. I’m serious. Males don’t give birth. Females give birth. There’s an exclusive name for a female and it’s woman.
