Nephrite Jade Egg: size medium with a drilled hole

4 Reasons to Choose Nephrite Jade for your Yoni egg practice:

1. Density: they're heavy but small which makes them the ideal stone for toning + strengthening the Yoni + pelvic floor.

2. Purity: our stones are not chemically treated or dyed. They are 100 % natural Nephrite Jade from a certified mine in BC, Canada.

3. Strength: nephrite jade is tough. It's tougher than steel which means you can't scratch it with a knife. If you drop it (you might) it won't break.

4. Tradition: Jade is revered in the East and is the stone of choice by Taoist tradition.

Personally Blessed With Healing Energy

I bless each stone in an open + meditative state before it leaves for it's new home.

Before I took my work online, I facilitated womb healing, massage, energy work sessions in person.

Blessing each stone is my new way of continuing to facilitate this work, on a new level.

I know you'll feel the healing essence imbued into all of the stones we send out.

FAQS:

Q: Should I buy an egg with or without a drilled hole?

If you want to eventually move into lifting weights with your jade, order an egg with a drilled hole. If you're afraid your egg might get stuck (it won't) you can thread it for easy removal using organic hemp string.

Just because your egg has a hole doesn't mean you have to thread it. You can learn to cultivate deep trust in your body with an egg whether it's drilled or not.

Q: Which stone should I start with?

Jade is the traditional stone for this practice, not only because of it's energetic properties, but also because of it's density + weight. Because it's heavy for it's size it's ideal for toning + strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor.

Q: What's the difference between Nephrite Jade + Guatemalan Jadeite?

The word Jade denotes two stones: Jadeite and Nephrite. Both forms of Jade are ideal for this practice due to their molecular structure and density. Both jadeite and nephrite are suitable (and ideal) for internal use. Our jadeite is sourced from Guatemala and has a slightly harder structure than our Nephrite which is sourced from British Columbia. Use your intuition when choosing.
